CKDF Plague Chronicles - Elie Hutchinson, Yoga for Swords

Join us this Wednesday, April 22nd, at 6:00PM Eastern for a yoga session hosted by Elie.  She will be focusing on shoulder and hip mobility for sword folk.  No experience is required.  She has plenty of modifications so we can all participate at our desired intensities.
